cover touts many positive review snippets. According to High
Society, "Hot Cookies is to hardcore what Star Wars is to the Force: one hell of a movie!" Luckily unlike Star Wars TVX Home Video hasn't got George Lucas to contend with, and nothing is changed for this updated pornographic release. No CGI, no enhanced (orgasmic) explosions, no Jabba the Hut. Just good sex, easy acting and a light soundtrack. While the disc doesn't have any menu innovations or extras, it accomplishes what it sets out to do. Many of the performers are as unknown now as when they surfaced 29 years ago; and the original cast credits have (in many cases) since been renamed. Because of the native video format, there is significant ghosting and blooming on the visual side. Still, classic porn is better seen than simply remembered, whatever its technological limitations.
